Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers.
YOUR TASKS:
- support of xECM for SAP SuccessFactors;
- OTCS system upgrades and patching, including the service re-platforming (nice to have);
- OTDS deployment and integration;
- OTCS & OTDS configuration to ensure compliance with the company’s security policies;
- designing and implementing solutions to meet the company’s customized solutions based also on the OpenText Monitoring Center, eLink, with the usage of PowerShell and REST API;
- collaboration with business applications (REST API interfaces);
- support for operational teams in resolving more complex technical issues;
- collaboration with the vendor in case of discovered bugs;
- providing the design and deployment documentation to operational teams for every change to be implemented.

YOUR PROFILE:
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in implementing and managing OpenText eDocs Document Management systems;
- bachelor or advanced degree preferably related to Information Technology;
- strong knowledge of OpenText eDocs DM architecture configurations and customizations;
- experience in upgrading eDocs DM environment;
- experience with eDocs API integration and development;
- experience in implementing custom solutions using OpenText eDocs APIs to address specific business needs;
- proficiency with XML, SOA, Object Orientation, SQL databases, network architecture;
- very good knowledge of SOAP, REST web services and related technologies;
- very good knowledge of Single Sign-on mechanisms and related standards;
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues;
- good communication and team player skills;
- familiarity with document management standard methodologies and compliance regulations;
- communicative in German (at least B2 or above);
- knowledge of SAP technology regarding xECM.
