Position: Maximo Lead/Architect

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 9-14 Years

• Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for Customization in MAS platforms.
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Define all aspects of development/integration for appropriate workflow.
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to customization development team and client
• Oversee progress of customization development team to ensure consistency with initial design
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to Team of engineers
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc
• Define and help achieve Performance bench marking of the product.

Job Description:

• Should have experience of Architecture of MAS (Maximo Application Suite) platforms of IBM.
• Experience in MAS Implementation, Support and Development.
• Experience in OpenShift (OCP)/Kubernetes cluster. Well versed in Linux servers, networking.
• Should have experience in Customization and implementation of IBM Manage & different MAS Add Ons.
• Should have good understanding of ITIL processes
• Hands on experience with ITIL based applications catering Asset Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change management, SLA management etc
• Should have good hands on in Scripting used for customization of various products like Maximo/MAS etc.
• Good to have IBM WatsonX AI platform exposure.
• Good customer handling experience.
• Good understanding of Web Services, Maximo Integration Framework (Using API Tokens).
• Extensive experience on Database Configuration, Conditional Expression Manager, Domains, Workflows, Actions, Roles, Escalations, Crontasks and Application Designer.
• Having working knowledge of Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).
• Able to Propose solutions based on MAS and Maximo IT.
• Able to provide demos and conduct PoCs to showcase Maximo IT and Manage/MAS.
• Hands on in configuring and handling clustered environment.
• Having good Knowledge on MBO customization and Automation Scripting.

Certifications: -

• Preferable to have MAS and Maximo, Manage certifications.
• Preferable to have Red Hat Certified OpenShift certifications.
