Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with diverse teams to define and plan the work packages of the different project stages, together with the Project Manager.
  • Actively contributing to the success of projects by setting up the ASIC test solution with the test house.
  • Building strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders to discuss the ASIC prototype-to-production volume ramp plan with the customer including characterization & qualification.
  • Organizing Radiation Test campaigns for Space products.
  • Organizing volume production after the volume ramp phase. Proposing cost improvement plans such as yield improvement plans, and different packaging options together with the customer.
  • Applying and evangelizing our high-quality standards.

Your Profile

At Capgemini Engineering, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for semiconductor testing and qualification processes.
  • Brings at least 5 years of experience in the areas of RF and/or mixed signal.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Is experienced with Soldering Table and Devices.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics engineering or equivalent.
