About the Role:

Are you an organized and driven professional with a flair for communication and a passion for managing complex projects? We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating and delivering winning proposals for public sector clients across the EU. With a focus on IT projects, you’ll act as a key liaison, ensuring seamless organization, efficient planning, and exceptional proposal delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid Coordination & Management:
• Plan and manage bid reviews, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
• Proposal Writing:
• Develop compelling proposals tailored to public sector requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy without needing to be a technical expert yourself.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, partners, and clients in multiple languages (trilingual proficiency required).
• Conduct engaging presentations and consulting sessions to guide stakeholders through the bid process.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Provide regular updates to the CSO and other senior leaders on bid progress and outcomes.
• Utilize the MS Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and presentation creation.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Professional:
• Background in IT (e.g., Functional Analysis or Business Analysis) with familiarity in public sector projects across the EU.
• Exceptional Communicator:
• You speak Dutch/French and English, with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Confident in delivering presentations and communicating with diverse audiences.
• Highly Organized:
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Resilient Under Pressure:
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains composed when managing high-stakes bids.
• Tech-Savvy:
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
