YOUR ROLE

Capgemini is looking for a Content Marketing Leader to shape our global content marketing and publishing program for the Financial Services business. You'll work with experienced industry professionals, subject matter experts and marketers to develop insightful articles, points-of-views, reports and client stories in collaboration with a network of writers and in-house designers. Serving as our editor-in-chief, you will assist with content planning, creation (greater focus on narrative/editing), publishing (print and digital) and content operations. You should have a working understanding of the financial services, technology and a passion for good storytelling. Your goal is to align our marketing content with business objectives and oversee its execution.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Serve as editor/publisher for development of financial services industry content designed for business and technology leaders of global financial institutions. Media and industry influencers are a key secondary audiences
  • Define key content assets and team roles for writing, editing and publishing.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, marketing and digital leads to build an editorial calendar that supports our business and positioning objectives.
  • Build a team of writers (mostly external) with diverse skills and knowledge of key areas of banking, capital markets, insurance and asset management.
  • Supervise a content operations manager and designers demonstrating a hands-on approach, capable of both leading and actively participating in content creation.
  • Develop an annual marketing editorial plan and thematic calendar, linked to deliverables throughout the year.
  • Ensure a consistent tone and brand across all content and target audiences, while continuously analyzing content performance to enhance the impact of our messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on our content marketing strategy.
  • Experience in content marketing with working knowledge of how to engage key audiences with distinct points-of-view for business development purposes.
  • Ability to work one-on-one with subject matter experts from concept to launch
  • Ability to create engaging stories and campaigns that showcase trends, outcomes and customer success
