YOUR ROLE

As a Solution Analyst, you will drive the delivery of digital tools in the region by implementing, modifying, or developing systems and applications. Your role involves gathering and translating business needs into specifications for architects and developers, collaborating with stakeholders across countries.

You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications to refining requests, proposing solutions with architects, supporting development, testing, and training.

The role is based in Prague with occasional international travel.

• Facilitate discussions and negotiations among stakeholders to define clear requirements for developing effective, scalable, and reusable solutions.
• Develop, analyze, and validate comprehensive functional specifications.
• Understand the vision and functional scope of assigned applications to contribute to their long-term evolution.
• Deliver key system design elements, including business rules, process diagrams, UI wireframes, data migration rules, and other SDLC-related deliverables.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in software development for large-scale systems and applications.
• Solid understanding of system integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira or TFS.
• Proficiency in creating and working with analytical diagrams (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Practical experience with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes is a plus.
• 3 + years proven former experience in the similar role.
• Knowledge of data fixing and related processes.
• Capability to identify and investigate the root cause of application bugs, either independently or collaboratively with team members.
• Fluent English and Czech/Slovak language.
