Job Description
IAM Project Manager with Scrum Experience
- Develop and Manage IAM Policies: Create, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies to ensure secure access to systems.
- Lead IAM Projects and Scrum Ceremonies: Oversee IAM projects from inception to completion, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Oversee User Access and Compliance: Ensure user access is managed according to compliance standards and organizational policies.
- Handle Security Incidents: Respond to and manage security incidents related to IAM, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide IAM Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff on IAM best practices.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments to understand their IAM needs and ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain IAM Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of IAM processes, policies, and procedures.
Primary Skills:
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze complex IAM issues and communicate solutions effectively.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Knowledge of IAM Compliance Standards: Familiarity with IAM compliance standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Agile Tools: Experience with Scrum and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Secondary Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of various IAM technologies and tools, such as LDAP, SSO, and MFA.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve IAM-related issues.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in IAM processes and documentation.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
