Your Role

As Communication & PR Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Marketing & Communications Belux and join our growing Marketing team in Diegem, Belgium. You’ll drive our internal and external communication strategies, enabling us to inspire our employees, partners, and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

Internal Communication

• Craft compelling, organization-wide communications to inform, engage, and inspire our Belux teams.
• Oversee and update our internal communication tools.

External Communication & PR

• Collaborate with our PR agency to generate media buzz and enhance brand visibility through content and strategic media pieces.
• Lead the creation of engaging blog posts highlighting client success stories, employee testimonials, and our thought leadership.

Communication transformation

• Spearhead large-scale communication initiatives, collaborating with Capgemini Group SPOCs and local stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive change and create impact.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a motivated storyteller with a strategic mindset and a hands-on attitude. Key qualifications include:

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in an international environment, with expertise in communication strategies, crisis management, and PR.

Skills

• Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Creativity and “out-of-the-box” thinking to bring fresh ideas to our communication efforts.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Leadership and influencing skills to inspire teams and stakeholders.

Mindset

• A proactive, agile, and "can-do" attitude.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

Bonus points

• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Familiarity with PR agencies or experience working at one.
• Basic design (Photoshop/Illustrator) or video editing skills.
• Marketing experience or broader marketing knowledge.
