YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Messaging service Administrator to join our IT team. The Workplace Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-user computing environments, including desktop and mobile devices, collaboration tools, and software deployment. You will ensure that employees have access to the right tools and technologies to optimize productivity and work efficiency, both in-office and remotely.

YOUR TASKS

  • Managing messaging service (Exchange 2016, 2019 (On-Prem), Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault).
  • Implementation and administration of messaging solutions, email archiving and securing associated services (provision provided by Helpdesk and local service).
  • Configuration and Securing of Mail Flows DNS Management.
  • Provision of Level 2 support for escalated issues related to messaging solutions.
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date configurations, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure seamless integration of collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 (Exchange, sharepoint) and Teams, including ongoing support and troubleshooting.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
  • Knowledge of messaging service such as Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault.
  • Expérience with Mail Flows DNS Management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex end-user computing issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
