Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with diverse teams to develop and implement comprehensive qualification plan for new semiconductor products.
  • Actively contributing to the success of projects by conducting a variety of reliability tests, including thermal cycling, humidity testing, and electrical stress tests.
  • Building strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders o resolve qualification issues and improve product designs.
  • Analyzing test data to identify failure mechanisms and ensure product robustness.
  • Performing scan tests and IDDQ tests to verify the integrity of semiconductor devices and detect defects.
  • Applying and evangelizing our high-quality standards.

Your Profile

At Capgemini Engineering, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for semiconductor testing and qualification processes.
  • Brings at least 5 years of experience in scan testing and IDDQ testing methodologies.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Is experienced with industry standards such as JEDEC and MIL-STD.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
