Their responsibilities generally span across sourcing, hiring, and ensuring the right people are placed in roles that suit their skills and the company’s needs.

Job Summary:

The Staffing Partner is responsible for overseeing the full staffing process, from talent acquisition to onboarding and workforce management. This role involves collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies and ensuring the company’s workforce aligns with its strategic objectives. The Staffing Partner also plays a key role in talent development and retention strategies to reduce bench and ensure long-term staffing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Work closely with demand owners and department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies or recruiters, when necessary.
  2. Staffing Planning & Forecasting:
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership to plan for future staffing needs based on business goals.
    • Conduct workforce planning to align staff availability with operational requirements.
    • Analyze current staffing levels and make recommendations to address shortages or surpluses.
  3. Hiring Process Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Ensure that all stages of the recruitment process are efficient, fair, and consistent.
    • Manage candidate databases, job boards, and application tracking company systems
  4. Onboarding and Training:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
  5. Workforce Management:
    • Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules or assignments to meet operational demands.
    • Manage contingent workforce (temporary employees, freelancers) when needed.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track key staffing metrics, such as bench, rotation, KPIs.
    • Use data to inform staffing strategies and make adjustments where necessary.
    • Present reports to senior management on staffing trends and outcomes.
    • Maintaining excellent data quality in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, analyzing data, and generating reports (Excel skills)
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources management.
  • Proven track record in workforce planning and recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluency in English
