YOUR TASKS

• Lead HR Solutions projects according to Capgemini methodology,
• Work with the client’s HR department and related teams to analyze, design and roll-out key HR operating models including processes and systems to meet changing business needs,
• Assist the client organization in rebalancing their workforce size and skill set in line with changing business demands,
• Support on material creation during each project submission timelines,
• Continually seek out ways to improve Solution design process,
• Maintain collaborative relationships and communication with internal & external stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least Bachelor's degree,
• Valid experience of min. 10 years in HR domain,
• Experience in leading HR Solutioning and Transformation processes,
• Experience in HR technology – HCM, Case management tool and others,
• Experience in client facing for projects requirement gathering, development and technical deployments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
