YOUR PROJECT

Capgemini Group Procurement is looking for Senior Strategic Buyer with French providing sourcing activities in Marcom, MICE and EB categories, focusing on sourcing activities and contract management as well as supplier performance. The position is dedicated to French market and cooperation with local stakeholders and suppliers.

YOUR TASKS

Provide sourcing activities in Marcom and Mice categories (communication, marketing and events), responsible for:

• Procurement Sourcing Strategies plans and execution
• Savings delivery as per target, process service delivery
• Strategic Supplier relationships, Preferred Suppliers performance, Business Intimacy and Partnership
• Cooperating with global procurement category for Marcom and Mice related services
• Leads Bids (e.g.,Sourcing RFP's and Client Bid supports)
• Monitoring operational supplier performance
• Connecting with Business in terms of procurement delivery, ensuring alignment between Procurement and other support functions (e.g., finance)
• Procurement policy and processes compliance across the organization.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent French and English
• Min. 4-5 years extensive experience in Sourcing of strategic services the best in Marcom and MICE categories marketing, communication and events) especially related to:
  • implementing strategies
  • analyzing and signing contracts
  • conducting bids
• Strategic supplier relationships and delivery alignment
• Proven track record working in international teams.
