We are looking for a talented, motivated, enthusiastic Oracle Cloud Consultant to join a high performing team.

  • A skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a ERP Data Conversion lead. This role is critical in the context of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation project, where candidate will be responsible for leading the migration program from multiple sources to prepare it for migration to a new Oracle fusion environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data migration, Oracle Cloud implementations, and data mapping and transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with good leadership skills, a strong background in Oracle fusion, and experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

  • Stays relevant by maintaining knowledge of Finance and SCM processes and practices, in alignment with data migration and technical skills.
What you'll do?

  • You will be responsible for a broad range of implementation activities including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, UAT support, production go-live, hyper-care and transition to the support organisation.
  • Lead the Data Migration stream, ensuring successful migration of all master and transactional data into Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP.
  • Create and maintain a data migration strategy and produce/quality assure other deliverables.
  • Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and escalate for resolution as needed.
  • Manage data quality across different phases of the data migration and make sure that data is fit for purpose.
  • Lead and work collaboratively to ensure data is cleansed in a timely manner.
  • Substantial experience working with databases and ETL tools capable of data cleansing.
  • Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting.
  • Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements.
  • Work across multiple functional work streams to understand data usage and implications for data migration.
  • Develop and communicate best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.
  • Lead initiatives for data integrity and governance. Perform source data identification and analysis in order to manage source to target data mapping.
  • Managing master and transactional data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

What you'll bring?

  • Should have at least 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle eBS data migration roles.
  • Should complete at least 1 Oracle Cloud Fusion projects leading data migration.
  • Knowledge of Fusion Data Migration tools including FBDI/HDL/ADFDI and Fusion Web Services.
  • Knowledge of Oracle applications modules, particularly in the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management and Finance, is highly preferred.
  • Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Experience with data validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Should be able to communicate with offshore teams and manage offshore delivery.
