Job description:

This needs to be a technical architect with deep expertise in the platform, capable of designing and implementing integrations, and able to work across the multi-cloud ecosystem, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and CRMA, among others.

Key Responsibilities -

  • MS365 with Salesforce, specifically driving the corporate email channel into internal system.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced regarding technical governance limits and other platform limitations, ensuring that whatever is discussed and proposed can scale, is maintainable, and is future-proofed.
  • Work with any stakeholder—whether business, operational, or technical. Therefore, this individual needs to be seasoned, capable of engaging in conversations at any level, and skilled in guiding and shaping discussions.
  • Required to participate in the upcoming DAS/Pathfinder project.
  • This individual will listen to what Salesforce is proposing and address any concerns about potential impacts on onboarding additional businesses.
  • Having knowledge of the aerospace and the DAS business is essential for this individual to be effective.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge in delivering a particular solution stack using Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) with in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce
  • At least 10-15 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 2 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead)
  • Working towards Salesforce Architect certification and have received applicable certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Architect)
  • Technical Lead / Application Architect on at least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong Salesforce to external systems integration (using APIs and IPaaS tools like Mulesoft, etc.)
  • Strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration, custom build using APEX and Lightning
  • Experience managing offshore development resources in a particular technical area (those being configuration, customization, data migration, integration)
  • Strong communication skills in conversing with business and IT stakeholders to present ideas and solutions
  • Multi-Org Strategy
  • Experience Cloud

The base salary range for the tagged location is $160989 - $209580 This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
