At Capgemini Group, we are proud of our purpose “Unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future”. Our success is measured through our value creation, and our overall positive impact.

As the digital innovation, consulting, and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, Capgemini Invent helps CxOs envision and build what’s next for their organizations. Located in more than 30 offices worldwide and 37 creative studios around the world, its 10,000+ strong team member combines strategy, technology, data science, and creative design with deep industry expertise and insights, to develop new digital solutions and business models of the future.

The focus of your role

In a world of globalisation and constant innovation, business structures are facing an ever-changing technological and socio-economical paradigm. Change management is here to help them to adapt. And to survive.
Companies using change management are six times more likely to achieve the business results they expect. Change is about helping our clients take full advantage of the digital era, to make a workforce more mobile or to answer key questions like: How they achieve a culture change towards digital? How much they need to change the way they approach projects to engage and empower their employees? How can they conduct a change that is focused on tangible and transformational results?

What you’ll do

You will focus on enabling accelerated change with our clients, helping them to bring change to life through key principles such as co-design and empowerment and using engaging tools and techniques such as Design Thinking to support delivery of agile and sustainable change. This will help our clients to transition to a future-ready organisation, reliant not only on deep and wide technology and process evolution, but also on a high level of engagement and motivation of everyone connected to the business including employees, senior leaders and customers.

You will work with our clients across a varied range of industries from Financial Services, Government, Retail and Consumer Products to Automotive to deliver rapid results and co-create the change elements of transformation together.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader in the delivery of Change to join our Workforce & Organisation function and you will be part of the Programme and Change Acceleration team delivering successful end to end transformation programmes with our clients.

You will focus on the transfer of capability and also contribute to the strategic direction of the Capgemini Invent Change Acceleration team, coaching and developing others as well as applying your skills to business development activity.

What you’ll bring
  • Have at least 10 years of working experience in consultancy firms.
  • Have proven track records in Agile transformation, change management of organizations, in digital HR processes such as retaining people, reskilling staff, training, operating model and workforce transition.
  • Have experience in leading change and business transformation within the emergency services sector and working with core systems that manage emergency servies.
  • Possess strong general consulting skills and can overcome internal barriers through drive and determination.
  • Have proven experience of building and developing medium sized consulting or similar teams.
  • Have a track record of business generation, practice building and ongoing client relationships across multiple assignments.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are results-oriented and have a can-do mentality.
  • You have very strong interpersonal skills, including, but not limited to, verbal and written communication skills up to CxO/SRO level.
  • You can empathize with clients in politically challenging environments, can work under pressure within given timeframes.
  • You are a digital native, are eager to learn and want to grow rapidly in our organization.
