Looking for an experienced Product Owner with a preferable healthcare background to guide an Agile development team in creating impactful healthcare solutions. This role will act as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product priorities align with business goals, regulatory standards, and user needs within healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for product vision, strategy, and priorities, ensuring alignment with healthcare objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinicians, healthcare administrators, and regulatory teams, to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements.
Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, translating stakeholder needs and healthcare requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to provide clarity, feedback, and direction.
Collaborate closely with the Agile team to develop and deliver product increments that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, using insights to prioritize future iterations and optimize value for end-users in healthcare settings.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile framework, ideally with a background in healthcare.
Strong understanding of healthcare technology standards, patient care workflows, and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA).
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in translating complex healthcare needs into actionable product deliverables.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
