HOW DOES IT WORK?
When joining IGNITE, you choose a career path – a customized education and development program to build your skills in the field of your choice. It’s an aggregate of teacher-led training, certifications, and self-study from a wide range of educational materials that will boost your role as an associate consultant at Capgemini. You’ll also apply your learning and gain immediate experience on customer assignments at our biggest clients. And, of course, there will be many team-building activities with your close-knit group of IGNITE colleagues.

FOLLOW A CAREER PATH
The 12 month Graduate Program offers different career paths with different focus areas. This means that you can find one based on your technical skills and area of special interest that could also augment your personal and professional development. There are six different career paths for you to choose from; Business & Technology Solutions, Insights & Data, Digital Health Services, Cloud & Custom Application, Digital Costumer Experience and Package Based Solutions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOUR APPLICATION
We are looking for ambitious candidates with a strong track record of academic excellence and extracurricular performance. We are a collaborative company and look for people who take the initiative and aren’t afraid to assume responsibility and achieve team-based success. You are about to graduate or have recently graduated with a relevant Master’s in business, IT, engineering, or social science, and your academic grades are among the best in your school. You can provide references and are ready for a fun challenge.

By nature, you thrive in challenging environments, enjoy working with others to achieve a common goal, and approach difficult challenges with an enthusiastic mindset. Written and spoken fluency in English language is a prerequisite for all applicants to the program.

In BTS, you will be entrusted with end-to-end project responsibility. We offer a unique career path within the Ignite graduate program, with the opportunity to try out different roles across four competency areas: Project Management, Engagement Management, Change Management, Business Analysis & Architecture Technology Services.

Insights & Data: APPLY HERE
In the insights & Data career path, you will get the opportunity to develop data-driven solutions and business models, and help organizations transform data into valuable insights. This career path will increase your knowledge within the whole data pipeline, and you can choose to specialize as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer or Bi Developer.

Digital Health Services is a big part of the business in Capgemini. Within the Digital Health Services we offer a wide array of positions but common for all of the desired profiles is a knowledge of, but more importantly experience or interest in Healthcare and Technology and a passion for making great improvements for clinicians and patients that have impacts on a societal scale.

We deliver the right level of expertise to ensure quality in implementing and operating Salesforce Customer 360 solutions. If the DCX track we offer two different roles: A Functional Consultant and Technical Consultant.

The Package Based Solution career path offers several opportunities for developing you professionally as well as personally – whether your dream is to become an SAP functional consultant able to advise customers and configure SAP’s products to meet the customer’s requirements, an SAP developer delivering strong backend and frontend solutions, or rather pursue a career within engagement management as a project or program manager.
