Your Role

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for RPA systems and processes during the night shift.
  • Monitor RPA robots and automated processes to ensure smooth operations and identify any issues or errors.
  • Respond to alerts and notifications regarding system failures, errors, or performance issues, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Investigate and diagnose technical issues related to RPA software, scripts, configurations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
  • Document and track support tickets, resolutions, and system performance metrics.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and updates on RPA systems during non-business hours to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on using RPA tools and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in RPA technology and support methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to report on system status, issues, and resolutions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for RPA systems and processes, preferably in a night shift role.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting RPA software, scripts, configurations, and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
  • Certification in RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath Certification) is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools is preferred.
