About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our PaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our on-premises cloud infrastructure and automation systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain services and tools that support our PaaS and MaaS offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or software engineering.
• 3 years of experience with PaaS infrastructure design, Redfish API development, and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Familiarity with IaaS platforms, virtualization, monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash).

Nice-to-have (extra) Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PaaS, IaaS, Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, GIT, virtualization, SAN storage, IP networks, data center operations, and both Linux and Windows systems administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, mentor junior engineers, and lead technical teams with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with knowledge of FCC compliance regulations and cable television technologies.
