Your Role
- Collaborate closely with our client's HR department to understand their specific needs and requirements, and translate them into effective solutions utilizing the Workday platform.
- Analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement optimized solutions.
- Configure the Workday platform to meet the unique business requirements of our client.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the Workday solution.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients on the capabilities and functionalities of Workday.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
- Use your troubleshooting and triage skills to provide assistance in solving escalated operational and end users' issues.
- Manage, support and oversee bi-annual Workday upgrade for the area of your expertise.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a consultant or direct involvement in the implementation/maintenance of Workday, either as a consultant or as a member of a company that purchased and implemented Workday.
- In-depth knowledge of the Workday HCM platform, including specialization within core HR, compensation, benefits, learning, recruiting, onboarding and/or projects.
- Relevant certifications in Workday HCM would be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in designing and/or configuring business processes in Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong architect mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science).
- Based in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö and proficient in a Nordic language.
