YOUR ROLE:

• TCoE Strategy Development: Design and implement the TCoE framework for ARCH, aligning it with organizational goals and objectives.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing testing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Standards and Best Practices: Develop and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects.
• Tool Evaluation and Implementation: Assess and recommend testing tools and technologies that align with project requirements and organizational strategy.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to QA teams to elevate their skills and knowledge in testing practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
• Metrics and Reporting: Establish metrics to measure testing effectiveness and provide regular reports to stakeholders on quality assurance status.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in Automation (Selenium), Java, UI Automation testing,
• SDET Functional and Automation skilled
