We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP and SAP Innovation.

This role can be based anywhere in Australia.


Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

CATS Solution Design:
1. CATS Solution Design:- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA CATS functionality for time writing and tracking within project environments.- Customize CATS workflows, including time entry, approval workflows, and integration with other SAP modules like Success Factors, FI/CO, and PS.
2. Business Collaboration:- Engage with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for time tracking, resource allocation, and project reporting.- Provide recommendations for aligning CATS solutions with organizational goals and industry best practices.
3. SAP PS Integration:- Configure SAP PS settings such as project structures, WBS elements, networks, milestones, and project profiles to integrate seamlessly with CATS functionality.- Ensure alignment of time tracking solutions with project management requirements.
4. Implementation and Testing:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure robust functionality of CATS solutions.- Support end-to-end implementation, including data migration, system validation, and go-live activities.
5. Documentation and Training:- Create detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and integration points.- Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective utilization of CATS functionalities.



Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:

SAP CATS Expertise:

1. SAP CATS Expertise:- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA CATS configuration, including time entry profiles, data validation, and approval workflows.- Experience in customizing CATS to meet specific time tracking and resource allocation requirements.
2. SAP PS Knowledge:- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP PS modules, including project structures, WBS elements, networks, and integration with time tracking functionalities.
3. Integration Skills:- Strong understanding of integration points between CATS and other SAP modules such as: SAP HCM (time data transfer for payroll and HR processes). SAP FI/CO (time-cost allocation and financial postings). SAP PS (project tracking and reporting).
4. Tools and Technologies:- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and user interfaces related to CATS and PS.- Understanding of workflow management and enhancements using SAP ABAP (preferred but not mandatory).- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile implementation practices.
