Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers.
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions tailored to the Retail industry, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices;
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP Retail solutions and driving digital transformation initiatives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Retail solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality across the enterprise;
- Support pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, creating presentations, and contributing to solution demonstrations for prospective clients;
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and create solution roadmaps, delivering high-quality documentation and presentations to stakeholders;
- Provide thought leadership by staying updated on industry trends and innovations in SAP for the Retail domain;
- Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring adherence to architecture principles and successful project delivery.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Retail solutions, including expertise in SAP IS-Retail, SAP CAR, or other relevant SAP modules and technologies supporting the Retail domain;
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end SAP solutions in the Retail sector, leveraging industry best practices;
- Deep understanding of Retail processes such as merchandising, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel strategies;
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value;
- SAP certifications in relevant areas and prior experience in international or multi-vendor environments are highly desirable.

- German language skills are considered a valuable asset.
