Job Description

  • 3+ years of knowledge management experience in IT or ITES industry
  • Consulting/Business Analysts with Content/Knowledge Management experience - preferred
  • Knowledge of software project lifecycle and sales process- Application Development, Maintenance & Support, services & product lifecycle, etc.
  • Hands on experience with SharePoint, Drupal (or other platforms)
  • Strong research skills. Ability to quickly read and compare/contrast large amounts of written material.
  • Requirement Gathering – Understanding of client scenario and gap analysis.
  • Experience with social media tools and other KM technologies
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions.
  • Proficient English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once balancing project work with high-priority requests
  • Knowledge of key software tools and technologies
