Job Description
- 3+ years of knowledge management experience in IT or ITES industry

- Consulting/Business Analysts with Content/Knowledge Management experience - preferred
|
- Knowledge of software project lifecycle and sales process- Application Development, Maintenance & Support, services & product lifecycle, etc.
|
- Hands on experience with SharePoint, Drupal (or other platforms)
|
- Strong research skills. Ability to quickly read and compare/contrast large amounts of written material.
|
- Requirement Gathering – Understanding of client scenario and gap analysis.

- Experience with social media tools and other KM technologies

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions.
