Joining the Nordic Commercial Contract Management team places you in a pivotal role, where you'll drive our business growth by offering expert commercial support to our teams and collaborating with clients to secure new and extended contracts.

We work with a variety of stakeholders to help ensure that risks and commercial best practices are considered throughout sales cycles and applied end-to-end during the service delivery. Our team plays a key role in the pre-sales process, as we shape and sign deals to ensure that services are delivered according to the contract. We support with contract compliance and optimization in the delivery phase.

YOUR ROLE

• Be a member of a bid team or an account team, taking a key role in the ongoing development of commercial and contractual matters.
• Be responsible for promoting commercial best practices during client engagement to drive value for our clients.
• Support large and complex sales opportunities (Bids, RFPs, RFQs).
• Participate in and lead senior level negotiations with internal/external customers and subcontractors for commercial contract matters.
• Act as the single point of contact for commercial matters.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in commercial contract management regarding large and complex contracts/accounts or similar experience.
• Detailed understanding of key legal, commercial principles and obligations found in IT services or outsourcing contracts.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, strong numeracy skills and understanding of finances.
• Contract drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent Swedish and English.
• Certificate in Commercial and Contract Management from World Commerce and Contracting Association (WorldCC previously known as IACCM) is a plus.
