YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated developers with experience in Logistics/Supply Chain to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Lead and support system implementation and migration projects in the Supply Chain domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and review business processes;
• Demand Planning and Operational Supply Planning (across retail stores, distribution centers, and production units).
• Develop and refine business requirements and functional specifications for system solutions.
• Operational analytical modeling, particularly in forecasting and planning algorithms with a focus on predictive models.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in managing implementation and migration projects for Supply Chain systems.
• Expertise in Demand Planning and Operational Supply Planning across various retail value chain stages (stores, distribution centers, and production units).
• Strong skills in requirements analysis and functional specification for system solutions.
• Implementation of application solutions such as SAP (IBP, APO), Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, or similar platforms (e.g., Quintiq).
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including: KPI management and executive reporting and Operational modeling and understanding of forecasting and planning algorithms with an emphasis on predictive models.
