Job Description
Capgemini Canada is seeking an experienced Delivery Executive to oversee the delivery of transformational Data and AI programs in the Utilities Sector. In this pivotal role, you will be the vital link between business needs and technological innovation, leveraging diverse emerging solutions to deliver business-focused outcomes. The Delivery Executive role in the Insights & Data division blends delivery leadership, client management, and driving innovative solutions. It is an ideal fit for someone who thrives in helping large utilities derive value from investments in Data and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Delivery Executive for business-critical engagements: manage risks & client relationships.
- Apply your industry expertise to drive delivery quality, profitability, and productivity across the portfolio of projects under Capgemini management.
- Responsible for contract delivery of one or more accounts. Escalation SPOC for all delivery issues on the engagement.
- Supervise delivery by coordinating with engagement and program managers.
- Ensure the financial performance of engagements is in line with budget and profitability targets.
- Provide delivery support – issue resolution plans follow-ups to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery execution.
- Provide technical thought leadership & expertise to help delivery teams and clients solve complex Data, AI & Analytics problems.
- Deploy core delivery process: risk management, quality controls, scope management, and change request management.
- SPOC for all delivery-related issues for the account team, client team, and project team
- Monitor assigned responsible delivery engagements within the region
- Partner with business development & sales teams to create tailored AI solutions that address the complex needs of enterprise clients across various industries.
- Inspire and educate clients and internal teams about the latest trends and innovations in AI & Data technologies.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders: communications and relationships.
- Conduct monthly reviews focusing on delivery KPIs and the financial status of projects.
- Build strong client relationships.
Required Skill
- 10+ Years of delivering Data, AI, or Analytics solutions at an enterprise level.
- Deep understanding of Data & Analytics technologies, delivery methodologies, and platforms.
- It is preferred that you have 5+ years of experience delivering complex data solutions on Hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- In-depth understanding of program management methods
- Proven track record in operational management (in both senior internal roles and client-facing engagement)
- Expert-level leadership skills with the ability to operate and lead strategically and tactically from a delivery perspective.
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate crises, drive internal resolution activity, and manage client engagement.
- Articulate and engage technically with senior technology/management team of customers.
- Passionate about talent development & mentorship
