Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading data quality initiatives for our clients, overseeing and participating in the cleansing and preparation of legacy data for migration to SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a deep understanding of data quality management, data governance, and SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of data quality projects to support the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data quality needs and develop tailored strategies.
- Conduct data assessments and data quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of legacy data.
- Oversee data cleansing activities, including data profiling, data enrichment, and data validation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data stewards, and IT teams, to ensure seamless data quality processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data quality team.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data quality management, with at least some experience focused on SAP S/4HANA.
- Utilities industry experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of data quality tools and techniques, including Syniti ADMM.
- Proven experience in leading data quality projects for legacy data cleansing and migration to SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
