We are looking for a talented Senior Business / Technical Architect, who will drive business transformation and lead cutting-edge solutions for clients in various domains, especially Life Sciences (Pharma), Manufacturing and Financial Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a client-facing role where you can apply your business and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions.

YOUR ROLE

• Take responsibility for presales activities, leading the creation and delivery of solutions for identified leads, RFI/RFPs.
• Consult business ideas and requirements and transfer them into a technical requirement.
• Design and implement innovative solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and technological capabilities.
• Collaborate with shared competence centers within Capgemini Group to deliver high-impact, client-centric solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the success of projects across business and technical areas.
• Engage with clients to identify opportunities, define business requirements, and guide the solution process.
• Support and guide delivery teams in developing and implementing solutions by bridging the gap between business and IT.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven ability to engage in presales activities, including identifying leads, developing proposals, and collaborating with clients to define the best solution
• Strong experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs, including solution design and delivery in alignment with client requirements.
• Knowledge in process management methodologies and practices.
• Proven experience in Life Sciences (Pharma), Manufacturing or Financial Services, but other industries are also considered.
• Proficiency in English and Czech language required.
• Ideally:
  • Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.
  • Experience with MSSQL, Oracle, Open-Source databases.
  • Experience with Process Automation Platforms (e.g. UI Path, Blue Prism).
  • Experience with application architecture and UML modelling.
  • Experience with end-to-end application development / deployment life cycle and at least one FE and BE programming language.
  • Experience with Enterprise architecture and EA modelling.
  • Experience with tailoring and deployment of packaged-based solutions.
