Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
The Solution Integrator performs a key role in pursuing and winning large multi-year outsourcing deals in the range of $20 million to $200 million by defining the overall solution strategy to address client needs and provide differentiation effectively.
This includes
- conceptualizing, and program managing the solution design and facilitating integration of services across Applications, Infrastructure, and Business Processes.
- being responsible for leading solution development for client application portfolios that include SAP and related technologies and growing SAP managed services portfolio
- driving the business and technology transformation strategy for the client
- demonstrating broad business and technology skills, people management, and client interface skills.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of outsourcing experience with large systems integrators/ consulting companies in the domain of Applications Development and Maintenance, Infrastructure Services, and Business Process Outsourcing
- 10+ years of leading solution development for SAP, S/4 Hana applications
- Demonstrated track record of structuring and winning large deals
- Experience leading the architecture/ crafting of large complex outsourcing/ managed services deals
- Experience developing solution strategies, governance models, SLA framework
- Experience in driving the adoption of Agile methods and DevOps implementation across programs
- Familiar with scaled agile transformation and enabling companies shifting from Projects to Product-centric models.
- Strong client presence and ability to communicate value-based proposals to clients
- Experience in pursuing and running deal consultant-led engagements (ISG, Everest, etc.)
- Proactively bring thought leadership and business outlook to address client issues effectively
