Job Description
We are looking for an IAM Business Analyst to support our organization’s identity management initiatives. The IAM BA will collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design IAM solutions, and ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for IAM systems (authentication, authorization, access controls).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map IAM processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Ensure IAM solutions align with security policies, compliance standards, and organizational needs.
- Support testing and validation of IAM solutions.
Primary Skills
- Experience with IAM systems (Okta, Active Directory, etc.).
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in process analysis and requirements documentation.
Secondary Skills
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning).
- Knowledge of security policies and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
