Your Role

As .Net Developer Lead, you will drive development efforts and provide technical leadership within our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, a strong background in .NET technologies, and proven expertise in leading agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Act as the technical lead for development projects, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, architecture, and implementation plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C# .NET Core and microservices architecture.
• Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace or similar and ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications.
• Drive adherence to Safe/Agile methodologies, ensuring projects meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Advocate and implement best practices in coding, design, and development processes.
• Act as the point of contact for cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across the board.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with proficiency in C# .NET Core.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Safe/Agile methodologies and team-oriented development processes.
