YOUR ROLE

You’ll be working in the Application Management team based in Wrocław. We are the experienced team responsible for end-to-end application support, maintenance and development. Your tasks will be mainly focused on TETA HR and TETA ME application management.

In this role you will assist users when defects are found by resolving the defects or providing temporary workarounds to keep the application operational when needed. At the same time, you will be responsible for dispatching cases within the support team and monitoring their resolutions.

Person hired on this position will be responsible for administrating, enhancing, managing, testing/analyzing, problem solving and maintaining database-oriented applications in Windows, mainly TETA HR, ME for internal client.

You will be involved in all aspects of application lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance, release management, lifetime support) and will be working closely to the customers.

YOUR TASKS

  • leading services and ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction;
  • acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication;
  • driving innovation and sustainability within projects, fostering an environment that encourages new ideas;
  • managing as administrator TETA HR, ME, Platnik and Optiest applications
  • managing service KPIs with a continuous improvement approach;
  • collaborating with cross-functional, multinational and distributed teams;
  • ensuring compliance with industry trends, regulatory and compliance initiatives;
  • providing guidance and support to clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree or bachelor degree HR or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics;
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory and compliance initiatives;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a constantly changing landscape with strict timelines and outcomes;
  • Innovation and continuous improvement mindset to drive project success.
  • Good written/spoken English
  • Experience in TETA HR, HRM, ME
  • Practical knowledge of Oracle SQL language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • Agile & teamwork approach
  • Team player
  • Experience and comfort in working within international environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
