YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational automation processes to join our team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing implementation and migration projects for logistics and warehouse management application systems.
Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and define warehouse and automation solutions, including implementation of WMS solutions for retail or FMCG distribution centers (multi-temperature).
Developing KPIs, operational analytics, and financial management dashboards for logistics and production units.
Creating business cases and transformation roadmaps for digitalization projects.
Driving change management to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience in project management for logistics systems implementation and migration, with a focus on warehouse management platforms.
Solid knowledge of WMS solutions such as Manhattan (preferred), Generix, EWMS, Infor, Blue Yonder, or JD Edwards.
Experience with warehouse automation technologies, including Voice Picking, AR, RF systems, and others.
Proficiency in developing business cases and defining transformation strategies.
Ability to analyze and design systems that integrate across multiple platforms and align with operational requirements.
