YOUR TASKS

• Managing messaging service (Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault).
• Implemention and administration of messaging solutions, email archiving and securing associated services (provision provided by Helpdesk and local service).
• Configuration and Securing of Mail Flows DNS Management.
• Provision of Level 2 support for escalated issues related to messaging solutions.
• Administration of shared Space : Onedrive, Sharepoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, Sharefile Citrix.
• Provide storage spaces for professional and personal data.
• Installation, configuration and administration of file servers.
• Provision of storage folders, management of sharing authorizations and security permissions.
• Administration and securing of cloud storage solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
• Knowledge of messaging service such as Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault.
• Experience with Mail Flows DNS Management as well as shared space solutions : Onedrive, Sharepoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, Sharefile Citrix.
• Administration and securing of cloud storage solutions.
