What you’ll do?

• Ticket attention and resolution
• Guard attention
• Root cause diagnoses of incidents.
• Manage solution with other platforms.

What you’ll bring:

• 3 years of experience in the support area
• Systems managing the ITIL methodology
• Experience in Oracle PL SQL developer or any other Microsoft sql Server Mysql database administrator
• Experience in webmethods version 10 11 2 years
• experience in webmethods IO
• Experience in sql, pl sql | oracle
• Knowledge of WebMethods technologies.(Not essential)
• Desirable Java, PHP, PL SQL (Programming language, interpret Basic Intermediate code)
• Execution of analysis and support procedures dedicated to the project.
• Technical skills in incident and requirements analysis.
• Application support and guard attention.
• Azure Cloud Management
