Job Description
- Strong exposure to payments and cash management technology, including the end-to-end lifecycle across ACH, RTGS, real-time payments, and open banking.
- Familiarity with SWIFT and ISO 20022 message processing, clearing, and settlement systems (e.g., RTGS, ACH, RTP, Singapore MEPS+/FAST, Hong Kong CHATS/FPS, Malaysia Rentas/HOUSe/Giro payments).
- Awareness of payments schemes, rulebooks, and requirements.
- Experience with business internet banking, direct channels (Host2Host document transfers), mobile banking, PSD2, open banking, and payments service providers (PSPs).
- Proficiency with one or more products such as Finastra-GPP, FIS Clear2Pay-OPF, Dovetail, ACI-MTS, TCS Bancs Payments, or Finacle Payments Solution.
- Established track record in managing complex projects within the financial services market.
- Ability to grasp business objectives and translate them into practical solution requirements.
- High-impact presentation skills to effectively express solutions and services to clients.
- Highly developed conceptual and logical skills; a creative and innovative team player who can bridge differences and persuade stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-driven with an organized approach to work.
- Strong awareness of payments industry global trends, regulatory and compliance initiatives.
