Job Description

  • Experience in crafting deals/presales in Business Intelligence, DWH & Bigdata Analytics
  • Having good understanding of Banking & Financial services domain
  • Having good understanding of FINTECHs and their roles in Analytics ecosystem
  • Strong communication and customer facing skills; Ability to interact with customer business SMEs
  • Having knowledge of market leading BI & EDW, Big data, AI, Analytics, Cloud and MDM tools/solutions
  • Knowledge of Data Science and solutions
  • Knowledge of Cloud and/or Data warehouse technologies - AWS/Azure/GCP or any of the Informatica / Datastage / Talend / Hadoop/Spark/Python / R
  • Any ESG project or presales experience is an added advantage
  • Working as Account/Sales/presales team crafting proactive solution, converting leads to opportunities
  • Solutions Conceptualization, Go To Market planning along with Sales & Marketing team
  • Liaise with the other internal teams & senior management to meet the review requirements prior to the bid/presales deals submission
  • Present proposal defense, solution walkthroughs and consulting advice to clients
  • Present sales presentations and manage client visits
  • Analyze market trends and propose new solution accelerators/ reusable frameworks/ industry solutions to COE; Conduct road shows and events with customers in different regions; Clearly articulate the requirements and Produce detailed estimates using the Customer and Capgemini estimation methodologies and templates
  • Liaise with Capgemini Market Intelligence team and Product Alliance team for RFP responses
