Job description

The HCM Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex HR solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM technology. As an HCM architect, you will provide domain and technology leadership to a team of track leads, functional consultants, and developers and guide them through the implementation life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions comprising of HCM Suite- HCM Core, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management and learning solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM technology to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Leading and managing functional and technical team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to other team members.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle Fusion HCM and financial in general.
  • Working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations for system enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Strong technical background and extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technology with experience in leading architects and software development teams.
  • Should have at least 3 HCM Implementation experience.
  • Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements and fit-gap analysis.
  • Must have worked on at least 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to work comfortably with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Ability to work both independently and self-motivated and in team environments collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multi-task.
  • Ability to drive collaboration across diverse functional teams and lead through influence.
  • Advanced knowledge of in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Certifications and training in Architectural Frameworks.
  • Global HCM Implementation Experience i.e. beyond U.S and Canada.
