YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an Associate System Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, development and pre-sales & post-sales support of Data Storage systems and technologies. This role will involve working closely with sales and senior engineers to ensure that storage infrastructure meets performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Assist in the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of date storage infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to sales, customer teams and end-users.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes.
- Assist in system upgrades and patches.
- Document system configurations and processes.
- Work with senior engineers on the development and testing of new solutions.
- Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a system engineering role.
- Basic understanding of Storage system architecture, data technologies and networking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- English language required.
