Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer/Support Engineer, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be:
- Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
- Involved in APEX development, Lightning components and complex Salesforce configuration.
- Working with the development team in analysing, designing, coding and unit testing Salesforce solutions.
- Active participation in development workstreams within projects.
- Using your experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.
- Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce.
Let’s talk about your capability and experience. What we're looking for in Salesforce Developers would be your:
- Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
- Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
- DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
- Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Service; or Community Cloud
- You will work with like-minded technology enthusiasts and professionals who can provide training and assist with learning Salesforce capabilities and internal training.
- Remote work – flexible working is available. We are working in a hybrid work environment
