YOUR TEAM
We are looking for a candidate for the PBS - Package Based Services department. This is a constantly growing team of nearly 300 SAP specialists (55% developers/architects, 45% SAP consultants) working on over 40 projects for more than 20 big international clients from various industries.
The PBS PLM Consulting team specializes in comprehensive support for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Our consultants and business analysts assist clients in optimizing their PLM processes, integrating innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless transformation and integration with existing systems. We are dedicated to designing and implementing tailored PLM solutions to meet our clients' unique business needs.
YOUR TASKS
- apply ITIL processes and manage ITSM tools (e.g., Clarity, JIRA) for Incident, Change, and Release Management;
- maintain and integrate Teamcenter implementations, including installations and configurations;
- address customer queries and enhancement requests, ensuring product support;
- serve as a technical and functional expert in PLM and Teamcenter Quality modules;
- develop and maintain user documentation and technical guides.
YOUR PROFILE
- expertise in Teamcenter maintenance and support;
- strong experience with Teamcenter integrations and Active Workspace;
- bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;
- experience in Teamcenter PLM (preferably with a focus on Quality Management);
- familiarity with ITIL frameworks and related certifications;
- excellent analytical skills and communication abilities;
- proficiency in English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Teamcenter Administration/Configuration experience;
- experience with ITSM tools.
