While working on local projects mainly in banking and insurance industry, we are expanding our sales operations and we are searching a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to join our team and drive growth in our organization.

As an experienced Sales Manager at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our consulting and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing key clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare commercial offers, coordinate tenders, and manage client contracts.
  • Actively analyze market and competitive situations.
  • Collaborate internally with delivery teams and internationally within the Capgemini group, sharing experiences and leveraging know-how.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales position within the consulting and/or IT application-related services business.
  • Demonstrated success in direct selling, ideally specialized in one sector (outside of public sector).
  • Knowledge of new business and IT trends, with the ability to drive sales plans.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to prepare presentations for meetings with top management.
  • Strategic thinking, defining business opportunities.
  • Experience in working in a multicultural, multinational matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in various technologies (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Experience in selling project-based services and staff augmentation-type services.
  • Experience in negotiating large-scale services contracts (build, support & maintenance).
