The role
As a technical project leader you will be part of projects towards our clients within the automotive industry in Stockholm. You will work in our inhouse set-up at the Capgemini office at Kungsholmen. You will have technical ownership and coordinate projects from start to end and support the team to provide design development processes towards our client. A part of the role is also to see and manage opportunities that you identify within your deliveries.

We are seeking a highly motivated person who will work with cross functional teams to drive our automotive development projects. We think you have the will and ability to run projects, and you are someone who dares and can make decisions with the habit of working in a global context. This position comes with expectations of independence and responsibility to manage your own scope and you have a lot of freedom to structure your own workdays as long as it contributes to excellent delivery and business opportunities. This position is a hybrid role.

We think you have
• Experience in coordination or similar roles including leading assignments
• Bachelor, master, or relevant work experience in this field
• Experience from technical knowledge in design development process
• Good technical knowledge in design development process
• Preferable experience with international teams and/or automotive R&D
• Excellent writing and verbal English skills
