As a Mechanical & Physical Engineer, you bring ideas to life, helping to shape the world of tomorrow.

You are involved in the product development lifecycle which can span from initial concept / feasibility stage to validation / production phase.

You leverage your engineering knowledge to come up with innovative solutions, solve real-world problems and identify root cause of issues.

Your daily typical activities might involve:

• Creating concepts of components, devices and other mechanical systems based on specifications and requirements

• Creating 2D, 3D models using CAD software

• Using simulation tools (e.g. FEA/CFD) to verify that the products / designs meet the requirements

• Executing physical tests (e.g. fatigue, vibration) to verify that the products / designs meet the requirements

• Analyzing data from physical tests

• Interacting with other departments to ensure that the project schedule is met

• Investigating root cause of issues during different project phases and proposing effective countermeasures

• Representing your team during project meetings

• Reporting clearly about your investigations

Your profile

• Master’s degree in mechanical, Electromechanical, Aerospace engineering or equivalent

• We value existing experience with CAD software (CATIA, PTC CREO, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.)

• We value existing experience with simulation software (FEA: Ansys, Nastran, Abaqus, etc. ; CFD: Ansys Fluent, Simcenter Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM, etc.)

• We value existing physical testing experience (Fatigue, Vibration, Noise, etc.)

• Data analysis and coding experience are a plus (Matlab, Python, etc.)

• You are eager to learn and challenge yourself

• You speak English, French and Dutch are a plus
