As an SAP S4/HANA LE/IM, TM & WM Consultant, you will work as part of a great team shaping and delivering the latest processes and solutions to a wide and varied set of clients, across many different industry sectors.
Working alongside Capgemini’s team of specialists in our Supply Chain Management Capability in delivering innovative projects to our existing and new clients, you will also have opportunities to develop our pipeline for future projects.
This role is a unique chance to work with the latest technologies, for example: S/4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud and Mobile, helping Clients renew their enterprise as they move through their transformation journeys.You will be working on single or multiple project lifecycles, at any or all stages, from shaping the transformation roadmap, through agile delivery to post go live support. Your knowledge of the SAP Demand to Supply area, with a strong focus on Inventory and both Transportation Warehouse Management functionality and its integration with Production Planning, Quality Management, and Logistics solutions will allow you to shape, build and deliver solutions in your functional area as well as contribute to the growth of the SAP SCM Capability.

Your role
- Analyse complex business requirements and design innovative SAP LE/IM, WM, and TM solutions that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead the configuration and optimisation of SAP systems to support logistics, inventory, and warehouse processes, ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders by providing expert guidance and tailored solutions.
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery within SAP S/4HANA LE/IM, TM, and WM implementations, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments.
- Translate business use cases into comprehensive solution designs, ensuring commercial and contractual awareness throughout project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional, agile, and distributed teams, solving complex problems for large corporate clients across various sectors.
- Identify new SAP interfaces and capabilities, ensuring that SAP solutions align with customer requirements and leverage the latest SAP innovations.
- Take on a leadership role within functional teams, mentoring junior consultants and emerging talent, providing guidance, and fostering their professional growth
- Provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams, using your deep knowledge of SAP solutions and supporting industry products to drive value and innovation.
- Seize opportunities for hands-on work with experienced SAP consultants and global clients, gaining exposure to cutting-edge projects and industry leaders.
- Collaborate effectively across business units, contributing to team success with a proactive and flexible approach.

Your skills and experience
- Extensive SAP Consulting Experience: Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, specialising in Logistics Execution (LE), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transportation Management (TM), with multiple end-to-end design and implementation programmes.
- Solution Design Expertise: Adept at designing and optimising logistics, inventory management, warehouse, and transportation processes to meet complex business requirements, ensuring integration across SAP modules such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Quality Management.
- Cross-Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP supply chain processes, including Materials Management, Manufacturing (Planning, Scheduling, and Execution), Supply Chain Planning, and Warehousing. Experience working across core SAP modules and processes, including TM integration with logistics.
- Hands-On Configuration Skills: Proficient in configuring SAP solutions across key functional areas.
- Project Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership experience, managing both onshore and offshore teams, with the ability to lead functional workstreams, provide mentorship, and foster growth in junior talent.
- Fiori and SAP Roadmap Awareness: Experience with SAP Fiori applications in both LE/IM, WM, and TM areas, as well as a solid awareness of the latest SAP capabilities and roadmap.
- AI and Machine Learning Interest: Passion to stay at the cutting edge of AI and ML advancements in SAP, and leveraging these technologies to drive automation, optimise processes, and deliver intelligent analytics that enhance business performance.

Your Security Clearance
