Capgemini are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead the IFS team in Sweden and lead our expansion in the Nordic. The ideal candidate will have extensive consultant experience in IFS or other ERP platforms and a proven track record in team leadership, motivation, and strategic execution, and now want to take the next step into people management.

About the role

You will have 14 direct reporting consultants. This role will be a combined role as 50% manager and 50% consultant being out in project delivery or working with presales. Strong footprint and good knowledge about the market in Sweden/Nordic is a benefit.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of senior and junior IFS consultants to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive team performance through effective utilization management, performance evaluations, and competence development initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage team budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
  • Salary settings and yearly salary discussion with consultants.
  • Recruit and attract top talents and support team growth objectives with support from the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to develop winning strategies and deliver compelling proposals to clients.
  • Execute on company strategy to drive business growth and expansion.


To succeed in the role, we believe you:

  • Has minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on ERP implementations.
  • Experience in managing project teams or as stream lead in several implementation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both senior and junior team members.
  • Like business development and collaboration with clients to convert their challenges into new deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish language.
