Job description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onsite technical lead
  • Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore).
  • Resource allocation and work prioritization, effort estimations with respect to delivering as per agreed timelines, guiding developers with technical solutions and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with onshore team members to ensure seamless project execution

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce projects execution with at least 3+ years in lead role.
  • Hands on Experience Cloud implementation.
  • Systems design experience, with the ability to design or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present to the client.
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud development and management implementation experience. (Required)
  • Experience in Sales cloud (Telco domain preferred)
  • Proven experience with APEX and LWC , writing SOQL queries and optimization
  • Flows, configuration and admin
  • Git and Deployment (SFDX)
  • Sound knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model)
  • Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform.
  • Certifications preferred: Experience Cloud , PD1, PD2
