Experience with Java/Python, CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning is desirable.
Experience in PEGA Development, PEGA Decisioning, any programming language ( Python or Java).
Ability to lead decision strategy designs in Marketing
Technical background with advanced business acumen across financial services.

Competent technical the current data architecture/design and infrastructure and articulating future state

Advanced business analysis high level & detailed solution design and implementation
Advanced communication, documentation and presentation
Pega Decisioning & Marketing trained & certified consultants are desirable.
Pega System Architect trained & certified is desirable.
Knowledge across the Pega PRPC framework, either Case Management or Decisioning & Marketing is desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in Business or IT related discipline
SDLC Professional experience
Formal qualification or certification in data related discipline
Post graduate qualification highly desirable.
Industry certifications highly desirable e.g. Teradata, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle
Knowledge of Big Data platforms such as Hadoop is highly desirable.
